Social Media Content Creator

Thakral Hospital & Fertility Centre is a 30-bedded multi-speciality hospital based in Gurgaon, specializing in IVF, maternity, gynecology, and laparoscopic surgery.

We are focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centric care while actively building a strong digital presence to educate, engage, and connect with our community. As we scale our brand, content and storytelling are becoming a key part of our growth strategy.

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Content Creator who can shoot, edit, and manage engaging healthcare content across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling through videos, understands social media trends, and can turn real patient experiences and doctor insights into impactful content.

Content Creation & Shooting

• Shoot high-quality videos within the hospital (patient testimonials, doctor videos, success stories, behind-the-scenes)
• Plan and execute engaging reel concepts aligned with current trends

Content Ideation

• Brainstorm creative content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Develop storytelling formats around IVF journeys, maternity experiences, and patient education
• Research topics and write scripts for doctor videos

Video Editing

• Edit videos into engaging reels with hooks, captions, and transitions
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and platform-specific formats

Design & Creatives

• Create posters, creatives, and informational posts for social media
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms

Social Media Management

• Manage and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and improve content accordingly

• Skilled in video shooting and editing (Reels/Short-form content)
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends
• Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools
• Comfortable working in a hospital environment and interacting with doctors and patients
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of content
• Prior experience in content creation or social media management is preferred

• Location: Gurgaon (On-site at hospital)
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
