Role Description
The Marketing Manager at 108 ideaspace is responsible for executing marketing programs that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline for our Salesforce-based solutions and services. This role is hands-on and delivery-oriented, translating strategy into campaigns, content, and measurable results.
You will own campaign execution across the Salesforce ecosystem, manage HubSpot as the core marketing engine, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Services, and Customer Success to ensure marketing directly supports revenue and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Plan & Campaign Execution
- Execute the annual and quarterly marketing plan aligned to business goals, sales priorities, and target industries.
- Translate positioning and value propositions into actionable campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
- Ensure consistent execution of 108's brand narrative across all Salesforce-related marketing activities.
- Support go-to-market efforts for Salesforce services and the idealAMS platform.
Salesforce Ecosystem Expertise
- Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as ecosystem trends and opportunities.
- Understand how to translate Salesforce project successes into case studies, campaigns, and thought leadership content.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce industry developments to position 108 effectively in the marketplace.
Salesforce-Focused Marketing Enablement
- Apply practical knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud to marketing execution.
- Turn Salesforce project outcomes into tangible marketing assets (case studies, testimonials, solution briefs).
- Monitor Salesforce ecosystem trends and competitor activity to inform messaging and campaign focus.
- Position 108 as a trusted Salesforce partner for associations, nonprofits, and regulatory organizations.
HubSpot Ownership & Demand Generation
- Own day-to-day operation of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including: Campaign setup and tracking
- Workflow automation
- Lead capture and routing
- Reporting and dashboards
- Build and execute integrated campaigns across email, landing pages, content offers, social, and paid channels.
- Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs aligned with the sales funnel.
- Ensure clean handoff of marketing-qualified leads to Sales and support ongoing pipeline nurturing.
Content Production & Management
- Plan, manage, and deliver marketing content, including:
- Case studies
- Blog posts and thought leadership
- Webinars and event content
- Whitepapers, guides, and videos
- Coordinate with internal subject-matter experts to source insights and stories.
- Maintain and update website content related to Salesforce offerings, events, and partnerships.
- Ensure all content (website, newsletters, social and podcasts/webinars) reinforces credibility, clarity, and value for mission-driven organizations.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot analytics and dashboards.
- Measure key metrics including engagement, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
- Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommended optimizations.
- Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channels based on performance data.
Events & Partner Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and Salesforce ecosystem engagements.
- Coordinate logistics, promotion, and follow-up for marketing events.
- Collaborate with Salesforce and partner marketing teams on co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives.
- Ensure partner activities are tracked and measured for impact.
Marketing Operations & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Manage the marketing budget, tracking spends and performance by campaign and channel.
- Support broader corporate marketing initiatives as needed (website updates, brand campaigns, social media, podcasts, webinars, events).
- Work closely with Sales, Services, and Project teams to:
- Align messaging and timing
- Support sales enablement needs
- Reflect real delivery experience in marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, consulting, or SaaS
- Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and its business applications
- Hands-on experience managing HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaigns, automation, and reporting
- Proven success in executing demand generation and lead nurturing programs
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear value
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Collaborative and execution-focused, able to balance strategic intent with hands-on delivery
