Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute store-level marketing calendars aligned with brand campaigns and seasonal priorities
  • Drive footfall generation initiatives (events, activations, mall marketing, local tie-ups)
  • Ensure 360 campaign execution across stores (VM, POSM, digital integration)

2. Visual Merchandising & Brand Experience

  • Partner with VM teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling in stores
  • Monitor in-store communication (signages, displays, promotions) for effectiveness
  • Maintain premium customer experience standards

3. Local Area Marketing (LAM)

  • Design and implement hyperlocal marketing strategies for each store cluster
  • Build partnerships with schools, residential communities, hospitals, and malls
  • Drive store events, workshops, and community engagement activities

4. Customer Engagement & CRM

  • Collaborate with CRM team to drive store-led customer acquisition and retention programs
  • Support loyalty initiatives, database building, and repeat purchase campaigns
  • Analyze customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness

5. Digital & Omni Integration

  • Align retail marketing with digital campaigns (social media, performance marketing)
  • Drive O2O (Online-to-Offline) initiatives to increase store visits
  • Support store listings, Google reviews, and local SEO initiatives

6. Budget & ROI Management

  • Manage retail marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilization
  • Track and report ROI on campaigns, events, and activations
  • Continuously optimize spends based on performance metrics

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Retail Ops, VM, E-commerce, CRM, and Mall Marketing teams
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners
  • Act as a bridge between central marketing and store teams

  • Sales contribution from marketing initiatives
  • Customer acquisition & repeat rate
  • ROI on campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing or related field
  • 58 years of experience in retail marketing / brand marketing
  • Experience in fashion, kidswear, lifestyle, or FMCG retail preferred

  • Strong understanding of retail ecosystem & consumer behavior
  • Excellent campaign planning & execution skills
