Marketing Automation Specialist (WhatsApp & Email) Multi-Brand Management
We're seeking a proactive and performance-orientedMarketing Automation Specialistto independently manage and optimize WhatsApp and email automation workflows forecommerce brands. If you excel at building high-converting customer journeys, integrating automation systems, and driving measurable outcomes, this role is designed for you.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Brand Automation Ownership
- Independently handle WhatsApp and email automation formultiple ecommerce brands, ensuring timely execution, performance consistency, and quality delivery.
- Serve as the automation lead for each brandunderstanding their customer lifecycle, communication tone, and unique workflow needs.
Campaign & Journey Development
- Build and manage advanced automation flows using tools likeWATI, Kwik Engage, and AiSensy.
- Create end-to-end customer journeys for:
- Abandoned carts
- COD confirmation and verification
- Lead nurturing and retention
- Re-engagement and post-purchase workflows
System Integration & Setup
- Integrate automation workflows with CRM, e-commerce platforms, and payment gateways.
- Ensure seamless data sync across systems, managing triggers, tagging, and event-based workflows.
Optimization & Performance Management
- Conduct regular A/B tests to refine content, timing, and workflow logic.
- Monitor campaign performance across brands and optimize to improve CTRs, conversions, and retention metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement improvements.
Internal Workflow Automation
- Automate internal processes like:
- Reporting and analytics dashboards
- Operational updates
- Monitoring and alert systems
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with brand, CRM, creative, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide automation-related insights during strategy discussions for each brand.
Qualifications & Experience
- 24 yearsof hands-on experience in marketing automation and email marketing.
- Strong proficiency with WhatsApp automation tools such asWATI, Kwik Engage, AiSensy.
- Experience with leading email automation platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, WebEngage, etc.).
- Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization logic, workflow building, and multi-step automation journeys.
- Experience ine-commerce or SaaS automationpreferred.
- Basic working knowledge ofJavaScript or Pythonfor custom workflows and integrations.
- Understanding of core programming concepts: variables, conditional logic, loops, functions, API triggers, and error handling.
- Ability to managemultiple brands independentlywith strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 24 years experience in marketing automation and email marketing
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp tools (like WATI, Kwik Engage, AiSensy)
- Proficiency in Email marketing automation tools
- Strong skills in segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript (or Python) to handle custom workflows, integrations, and simple automations.
- Understanding of key programming concepts: variables, conditional logic, loops, functions, events/triggers, API basics, and error handling.
- Work from home (should have own laptop, wifi, workspace)
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5pm.
