Marketing Automation Specialist

We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to manage and optimize WhatsApp and email marketing workflows for our clients. If you love building customer journeys, automating campaigns, and driving measurable ROI — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage automation flows on platforms like WATI, Kwik Engage, and AiSensy
Create customer journeys for abandoned carts, COD confirmations, and lead nurturing
Automate internal workflows like reporting, dashboards, and process updates
Integrate automation with CRM, e-commerce, and payment systems
Optimize campaigns with A/B testing and performance tracking

Qualifications & Experience:

2–4 years experience in marketing automation and email marketing
Hands-on experience with WhatsApp tools (like WATI, Kwik Engage, AiSensy)
Proficiency in Email marketing automation tools
Strong skills in segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization
Experience in e-commerce or SaaS automation.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript (or Python) to handle custom workflows, integrations, and simple automations.
Understanding of key programming concepts: variables, conditional logic, loops, functions, events/triggers, API basics, and error handling.
