Key Responsibilities:
Hubspot/Marketo Administration:
o Manage and maintain the Hubspot/Marketo instance, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
o Configure and troubleshoot Hubspot/Marketing tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and reporting features.
Mergers and Acquisitions:
o Fully scope the Hubspot / Marketo instance of acquired companies
o Document all Hubspot / Marketo - related processes for new acquisitions
o Provide insight into possible migration/integration of Hubspot / Marketo instances and identify areas of opportunity.
Lead Nurturing Optimization:
o Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer
engagement.
o Analyze the effectiveness of existing nurturing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seam-
less execution of campaigns.
o Communicate insights and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives.
Reporting & Analysis:
o Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of automation initiatives.
o Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting insights and action-
able recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience with Hubspot / Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
Proven experience in lead nurturing strategies and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills.
