Job Description
We are looking for a street-smart, highly resourceful, data-first executor who can own marketing automation, customer segmentation, Shopify management, and reporting dashboards end-to-end. Someone who understands both tech and marketing, can solve problems fast, and can drive results without needing hand-holding.
This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who wants to grow fast, think like a business partner, and build systems that scale.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation (Netcore / CRM / Retention)
Build & optimize automation journeys (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, feedback, win-back, loyalty, RFM).
Execute email / SMS / WhatsApp / push workflows with performance mindset.
Build smart customer segments from transaction + behaviour + lifecycle data.
Manage audience hygiene: list growth, deliverability, segmentation depth.
Data & Reporting
Create & manage performance dashboards on Looker Studio / PowerBI / Excel.
Funnel visibility: TOFU MOFU BOFU + Offline vs online impact.
Track RFM cohorts, retention, repeat rate, CAC vs LTV, revenue share of automation.
Weekly & Monthly reporting with insights + action recommendations.
Shopify & Integrations
Own backend workflows, tagging logic, automation triggers.
Manage integrations: Netcore Shopify GA4 GTM EasyInsights, Hotjar/Clarity.
Implement customer logic: lifecycle tags, product affinity tags, segmentation keys.
Ensure tracking accuracy for all events.
Execution + Ownership
Collaborate with performance team, creative team & store ops to drive outcomes.
Solve problems fast and suggest improvements proactively not just execute tasks.
Required Skills
13 years in CRM / automation / e-com / data analytics.
Strong hands-on with Netcore, or Klaviyo / MoEngage / WebEngage preferred.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Query.
Looker Studio / PowerBI reporting dashboards.
Understanding of customer funnels, retention metrics, segmentation, CAC/LTV.
