We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Executive for the Pet Relocation vertical who is not just a planner, but someone who executes consistently and builds systems from scratch. This role sits at the core of our growth engine, driving social media, managing vendors, building brand presence, and contributing directly to lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Planning and executing content calendars and performance campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube).
- Driving lead generation, retargeting, and funnel-based marketing.
- Managing agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
- Ensuring timely execution and quality across all marketing outputs.
- Supporting brand positioning, messaging, and communication consistency.
- Creating high-quality sales decks, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinating website updates, landing pages, and SEO efforts.
- Supporting conference and event marketing initiatives.
- Tracking performance metrics leads, CPL, ROI, and conversions.
- Content Creation and Social Media Presence.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in digital/social media marketing.
- Strong execution mindset, someone who gets things done daily.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in service, logistics, relocation, or similar industries is a plus.
- Working in an on-site setting.
- 1+ years of experience in Marketing.
