Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales & Email Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in email marketing, lead generation, market research, and inside sales. The role involves building targeted email campaigns, generating qualified leads through email and personalized calls, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify the target audience and continuously grow and manage the email subscriber database
Design, execute, and optimize direct email marketing campaigns
Perform cold calling and personalized outreach to generate qualified leads
Create and maintain email databases for effective lead generation
Conduct market research and collect prospect data from various online sources and websites
Generate leads through personalized calls and schedule meetings between prospects and sales teams
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure pipeline movement
Prepare and maintain sales reports, including revenue generated from email marketing campaigns
Track campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTRs, lead conversions, and ROI
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline for the assigned territory or geography
Update lead and activity details accurately in CRM and MS Excel
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Business preferred)
1–4 years of experience in Email Marketing, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms
Strong knowledge of market research and data mining
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT / Telecom / ICT / SaaS industry
Knowledge of email automation, campaign analytics, and lead scoring
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
