Role Overview
Acts as the single point of ownership for the entire lifecycle marketing mandate for a consumer durable brand, spanning discovery, consideration, conversion, and CRM. Drives execution, cross-functional alignment, and delivery excellence while serving as the primary client-facing lead.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Translate business goals into integrated lifecycle plans across SEO, performance media, content, and CRM (MoEngage/Adobe)
- Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, lifecycle stage, and campaign needs
- Ensure alignment between brand objectives, marketing execution, and lifecycle programs
- Maintain a holistic view of the customer journey across touchpoints
Execution & Delivery Ownership (Core)
- Own end-to-end execution across search, media, content, CRM, and analytics
- Manage integrated campaign and lifecycle calendars
- Break down initiatives into clear deliverables across teams
- Ensure readiness of creatives, content, campaigns, and audience/data
- Drive go-live coordination across all functions
Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management (Critical)
- Act as the primary SPOC for the client
- Collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams (product, brand, CRM, media, tech, analytics)
- Translate requirements into clear briefs and execution plans
- Drive alignment, decision-making, and proactive communication
People & Team Management
- Lead cross-functional teams across media, CRM, content, creative, and analytics
- Drive accountability, collaboration, and role clarity
- Ensure seamless coordination between onsite and offsite teams
Process & Governance
- Establish structured workflows across briefing, execution, approvals, and reporting
- Ensure process adherence and timely delivery
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively
Cross-Functional Capability (Critical)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, CRM journeys, content workflows, and analytics
- Ability to integrate multiple functions into a unified executionsystem
Performance Oversight
- Track execution and performance across lifecycle initiatives
- Align activities with business outcomes
- Identify optimization opportunities with strategists and analysts
- Maintain focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
Experience & Background
- Proven experience in client-facing program/project leadership roles
- Strong experience managing cross-functional marketing mandates (media, CRM, content, creative)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in consumer durables or similar industries preferred
