Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and audits; oversee civil, finishing, and MEP quality compliance
- Manage material quality by approving inputs and coordinating testing with labs
- Drive process improvements through CAPA and standardization initiatives
- Maintain quality documentation (checklists, reports, NCRs) and share periodic MIS
- Evaluate contractor/vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks
- Ensure adherence to statutory norms and lead internal/external audits
