AGM-Quality (Solar Project)

Responsible:-

•Candidates should be well versed in Quality Plans, Inspection & Testing Plans, Quality Manuals etc., Relevant Codes & Standards (IS, IEC, etc.) for Electrical activities.

•Team coordination on inward inspection Transformers, HV & LV Panels, HV & Knowledge on Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of switch yard, ICR, MCR etc.,

•Coordination with CFT Heads to establish and implement a Quality Organization. This will involve developing standard operating procedures, checklists, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) tailored for each construction activity.

•Good Knowledge in Testing Review and confirmation of QAP/QCP of the EPC Contractors & Manufacturers.

•Create and implement best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance.

•Assessment of Suppliers/Contractors and composing of assessment reports and discussing among CFTs prior awarding of Work order.

•Assuring QA/QC at the project site and report to the QA/QC Head on the issues related to non-conformance & deficiencies in the quality management.

•Inspection of Inward materials, Material Storage & handling, Material Installation in all stages of Project execution.

•Front-led major role in directing end-to-end ISO Compliance, Audit & Documentation.

•Coordinated and supported on-site audits conducted by external providers; evaluated audit findings and implemented appropriate corrective actions.

•Involves hiring, training, and mentoring team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

•Conducting weekly QC review meetings with vendors on-site, ensure timely submission of QC weekly reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and QCAR (Quality Control Action Request) bi-weekly.

•Coordination & Supervision of all activities related to Laboratories & field tests

•Root Cause Analysis of Failure/Faults/Deficiencies of Equipment/Material/Services etc. and prepare Lessons learnt related to Quality of Services and ensure corrective action in upcoming projects.

•Shortlisting Potential TPIAs and enrolling them in our system by Research and create a list of potential TPIAs based on their expertise, experience, reputation, and geographical coverage across India.

•Developing team coordination to handle quality functions across the business including training programs.

•Monitoring day-to-day Quality functions at site & ensure Continual improvements in the field.

•Monitor & Ensure Quality Deliverables are achieved by Team.

•Eliminating recurrence of Major/Critical NCR/Failures through Problem solving, RCA, CAPA.

•Organizing KOM's (Kick off Meeting) with contractor in-charges/Suppliers.

Education, Experience, Certification, Exposure, Stakeholder interfaces Essential Desirable

Engineering Graduate (Electrical Preferred) with 13-15 Years of experience in Quality Management in Solar projects.

IS, IEC, CEA Specifications

Must have hands on experience in Managing Quality at multiple Renewables energy Projects

Frequent Site visits

Shall be available and prepared for site visits as and when required or as advised by the HOD.

Short term Deputation at site location Shall be available and prepared for

site visits as and when required or

as advised by the HOD.

Good communication skills and proficient

in MS-Office

Microsoft Word, Power Point and

Excel.
