Job Description

HRMS & Systems

  • Manage and optimize HRMS platforms (Zoho / SAP / Workday or similar)
  • Ensure data integrity, system governance, and reporting accuracy
  • Drive automation and process improvements using HR tech
  • Build dashboards and compliance reports for leadership

HR Operations

  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR compliance
  • Drive process standardization and efficiency across HR operations
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and benefits

Payroll Management

  • Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.)
  • Liaise with finance and external vendors for smooth payroll operations

Audit & Compliance

  • Lead internal and external HR audits (statutory, labour law, process audits)
  • Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain audit readiness with proper documentation and controls
  • Identify compliance gaps and drive corrective actions
  • Work closely with auditors, legal, and finance teams

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and business teams
  • Address employee queries related to payroll, compliance, and HR Ops
  • Ensure clear and professional communication across stakeholders

Key Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance
  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing (mandatory)
  • Experience with HRMS systems (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and audits
  • Proven experience handling internal/external audits
  • High attention to detail and process orientation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in IT services / consulting environment
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks and audit tools
  • Experience driving automation and process transformation

  • Strong audit outcomes with no major observations
  • High data integrity and HRMS governance
