ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a motivated and organised Events Coordinator Intern to support our marketing team in planning, executing, and amplifying brand events — from investor education seminars and college activations to partner summits and digital campaigns. This is a hands-on, fast-paced internship with direct exposure to brand strategy, vendor management, and performance marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist in end-to-end planning and execution of on-ground and virtual events — investor meets, college activations, webinars, and trade fairs

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and logistics partners to ensure smooth event delivery

• Support creation of event marketing collateral — emailers, social media creatives, banners, and promotional content

• Manage pre-event and post-event communications including registrations, reminders, and follow-ups

• Track event budgets, timelines, and checklists; flag risks proactively to the team

• Collaborate with the social media team for live event coverage and content amplification
