Role Overview
We are looking for a Luxury Sales Consultant to act as the primary interface between high-intent leads and the Madcap Luxe brand.
This role is responsible for:
Engaging inbound leads generated via performance marketing
Building aspiration and trust through conversations
Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
You will operate as a concierge-led sales specialist, guiding premium clients through high-value travel decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Handling & Conversion
• Engage with inbound leads (calls, VC, WhatsApp, forms) with speed and precision • Understand customer intent, profile, and readiness to travel • Drive conversations toward booking confirmation • Maintain a strong focus on conversion, not just interaction
2. Concierge-Led Selling
• Present Madcap Luxe journeys with clarity, aspiration, and confidence • Position experiences around access, exclusivity, and storytelling • Handle objections related to price, logistics, and value • Guide clients toward the right expedition or curated experience
3. Client Experience & Relationship Building
• Build strong rapport with HNI / affluent customers • Maintain a polished, calm, and confident communication style • Deliver a premium, hospitality-driven interaction experience
4. Follow-Ups & Closing
• Proactively follow up with leads across WhatsApp and calls • Create urgency around limited seats and departures • Ensure timely movement from enquiry → decision → payment
5. CRM & Coordination
• Maintain accurate lead status and notes in CRM • Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations • Ensure seamless handover post-sale
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2–6 years of experience in inside sales / high-ticket sales / luxury sales / travel sales
• Proven ability to close deals (not just handle queries)
• Strong communication skills with a refined, premium tone
• Experience handling high-value customers (₹1L+ transactions) preferred
• Comfortable working with performance marketing leads
• High ownership, target-driven, and proactive mindset
