We're looking for a Link Building / Outreach Specialist to join our team and help us build high-quality backlinks through genuine relationships with editors, bloggers, and website owners.
What you'll do:
- Find and qualify relevant websites for guest posts and link insertions
- Send personalized outreach emails and follow-ups
- Manage responses, negotiate placements, and maintain strong relationships
- Track all campaigns in Google Sheets / Excel and keep records updated
- Coordinate with content team for anchor text, URLs, and article topics
What we're looking for:
- Understanding of SEO and backlinks
- Good written English and a polite, professional email style
- Comfortable working with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Hunter, etc. (nice to have)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple campaigns
