Tasks

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives.

  • Handle communication, including answering phone calls and responding to emails, to maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.

  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation in compliance with company policies.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support business consulting and HR services.


Requirements

Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller & Back Office Executive who can handle both calling activities and basic office operations. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with clients/candidates, maintaining records, and supporting daily administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


Telecalling Duties:





Make outbound calls to clients/candidates for follow-ups and coordination





Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally





Share basic information about services, job openings, or products





Maintain call records and update status regularly


Back Office Duties:





Maintain and update data in Excel/CRM





Prepare basic reports and documentation





Coordinate with internal team members





Handle emails and WhatsApp communication





Support day-to-day administrative work


Requirements:





Basic communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati; English is a plus)





Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email handling





Good follow-up and coordination skills





Ability to multitask and manage time effectively





Honest, punctual, and responsible
