We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our team through market research and outreach activities. This role offers hands-on experience in data collection, communication, and client interaction, helping you build strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online research to identify potential clients, partners or leads
- Gather and organize relevant data (contact details, company information, etc.)
- Make outbound calls to prospects
- Follow scripts and adapt communication based on responses
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback and outcomes
- Assist in updating databases and preparing reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field
- Strong verbal communication skills (clear and confident speaking)
- Basic research and internet navigation skills
- Good organizational and data entry abilities
- Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with people
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
