This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential leads, conducting thorough market research, and leveraging effective communication to establish connections with potential clients. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to nurture leads, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, and contributing to the success of sales strategies and campaigns.

• Ability to identify and generate new leads through research and strategic methods
• Strong skills in lead generation, sales, and building client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities
• Experience in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proactivity, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
