Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Lead Generation Specialist. Key responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new leads, conducting market research, managing lead data, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities. The role involves engaging with prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to build meaningful relationships and enhance business development efforts. The Lead Generation Specialist will also monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and improve lead generation strategies.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent Sales skills and ability to meet targets
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research and analyzing trends
  • Experience with lead management tools and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Prior experience in an EdTech or sales-related role is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
