We are now pivoting our focus. We are looking for a Revenue-Focused Growth Expert to help us bring this military-grade reliability to high-growth brands in India and across the globe.

The Goal:

Identify and convert businesses in high-scale sectors (QSR, FMCG, Education, and Logistics) that have outgrown their current systems and require bespoke automation to scale.

The Role:

This is a high-impact position for a Go-Getter who understands that bespoke software is sold through trust and logic, not just clicks.

  • LinkedIn Mastery: Own the LinkedIn ecosystem. Use paid ads and strategic organic outreach to get us in the room with Founders, CTOs, and COOs.
  • Sector Targeting: Zero in on Hidden Giants—businesses doing 100CR+ that are ripe for operational automation.
  • Strategic Pitching: Craft high-value narratives, PPTs, and emails that translate our 14-year technical legacy into business-transforming solutions.
  • Build Your Pod: You will have the authority to select and lead two pre-sales associates of your choice to achieve revenue milestones.

Who You Are:

  • ITES Veteran: 5+ years in digital marketing for IT-enabled services.
  • Expert Communicator: Impeccable written and verbal English. You will be the face of our firm to global and domestic clients.
  • Revenue Hunter: You have a proven track record of pitching and closing high-value software solutions.
  • Strategic Sniper: You have a clear approach to client selection and a deep understanding of lead-generation funnels.
  • International Experience: Candidates with experience generating leads from the international market will be highly preferred.
