Lead Generation Specialist – Cold Calling (Night Shift | Work from Home)

Full-Time | Remote (with occasional office presence)

The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist – Cold Calling to join our global sales development team. This is a high-visibility, results-driven role focused on generating qualified leads for our B2B photo retouching and media services through strategic cold outreach. You will play a critical role in fueling our pipeline and contributing directly to company growth.

This is a full-time night-shift role (aligned with international markets – primarily US/EU time zones) with the flexibility of work-from-home, balanced by 1–2 office visits per week or bi-weekly for team meetings and strategy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads in the media, photography, advertising, and creative industries.

·        Research and identify target prospects using LinkedIn, company databases, and other tools.

·        Deliver compelling value propositions around our photo retouching and visual content solutions.

·        Accurately qualify leads, log call outcomes, and maintain up-to-date records in CRM and MS Office tools.

·        Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly Lead Generation KPIs.

What You Bring:

·        Excellent spoken English with clear, confident, and professional communication skills (international client-facing experience preferred).

·        Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

·        Proven ability to work independently with high levels of ownership and accountability.

·        Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

·        Laptop and stable high-speed Wi-Fi connection (mandatory).

·        Freshers are welcome to apply.

·        6 months to 2 years of international sales/cold calling/BPO experience is a strong plus.

·        Familiarity with photo retouching services, photography, or the media industry is a plus.

Targets & Growth

·        Monthly target: 35 qualified leads

·        Quarterly salary growth based on performance

Performance Incentive Structure

Upon achieving 20 client closures within a quarter, salary increases by ₹5,000. Each salary increase comes with a corresponding increase in performance targets, ensuring continued growth and accountability.
