Role Description

This is a role for a Lead Generation Specialist, located in Gurugram with a hybrid work model allowing partial work from home. The role involves identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research to uncover potential clients, and assisting the sales team in expanding its customer base. A significant part of the role includes effective communication with prospects and supporting the conversion of leads into sales. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of lead activities and reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to identify and generate New Leads through various channels
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales to contribute to business growth
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with potential clients effectively
  • Proficiency in conducting market Research to identify potential opportunities
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience or coursework in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage

Compensation:INR 15,000 per month + performance-based incentive.
