What You'll Do
- UseLinkedIn Sales NavigatorandApollo.ioto build targeted B2B prospect lists across industries, geographies, and buyer personas.
- Runcold email campaignsandLinkedIn outreachusing automation tools to generate qualified leads for BrandLoom and its clients.
- Work closely with client servicing and strategy teams to understand different ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Segment and enrich data to identify high-value prospects across sectors like D2C, SaaS, eCommerce, and B2B services.
- Optimize subject lines, CTAs, email copy, and sequence logic to maximize open rates and meeting conversions.
- Maintain campaign hygiene and sync prospect data with internal and client CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Provide weekly reporting on campaign performance and collaborate on strategy improvements.
- Stay updated on latest tools and outreach strategies to keep campaigns competitive and compliant.
Who You Are
- 26 years of experience in outbound lead generation, ideally in a digital agency, SaaS, or consulting environment.
- Proven hands-on experience withLinkedIn Sales Navigator,Apollo.io, and cold email tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Woodpecker, etc.
- Able to handlemultiple client campaigns, manage lead pipelines, and balance parallel outreach with precision.
- A/B testing mindset with data-backed approach to copy and targeting.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills especially for outbound email.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to deliver results consistently.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across teams.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience generating leads for digital services (SEO, performance marketing, eCommerce, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn automation platforms (Expandi, Waalaxy, etc.)
- Understanding of lead gen compliance and deliverability best practices
- Basic knowledge of funnel building, client personas, and conversion metrics
