Compensation: Up to 30,000 per month + Incentives
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our IT/SaaS sales team by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers in the US market. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in generating high-quality B2B leads through both outbound and inbound channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads in the US region through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, intent data, and other outbound activities.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers to build accurate and targeted prospect lists.
- Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns: email sequences, social selling, calling, and marketing automation.
- Qualify leads based on fit, need, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT).
- Schedule appointments and product demos for US-based Account Executives.
- Maintain and update CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) with accurate records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
- Track, analyze, and report weekly lead generation metrics and conversion ratios.
- Understand product offerings and articulate value propositions clearly to US prospects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or inside sales for the US IT market.
- Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS or IT product sales.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for US clients.
- Proven ability to run outbound campaigns and meet lead-generation targets.
- Strong research and prospecting skills with a focus on high-intent leads.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience generating mid-market or enterprise leads.
- Familiarity with ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and buyer persona creation.
- Basic understanding of cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.
- Ability to craft basic outreach content (emails, scripts, LinkedIn messages).
