We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our growing client portfolio.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients for Blufig. You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline through research, outreach, and engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & Prospecting
- Conduct market and industry research to identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Segment leads based on industry, geography, and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
Outbound Engagement
- Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Write effective outreach messages to improve response and conversion rates.
- Follow up with prospects to build interest and qualify leads.
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management
- Conduct initial qualification calls/email exchanges to understand prospect needs.
- Identify high-quality opportunities and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track daily outreach activities and report KPIs such as response rates, SQLs, MQLs, etc.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to refine messaging.
- Provide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback on campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- 13 years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR/BDR role, or similar functions.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other prospecting tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly/monthly targets.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B Marketing or SaaS sector.
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and demand generation.
- Ability to write engaging outreach content.
