Role Overview
We are hiring an Outbound Automation & Lead Generation Specialist with strong B2B experience and deep hands-on expertise in Apollo.io. You will build and optimise outbound automation workflows, run multi-channel outreach, and drive predictable pipeline creation.
Fluent English is mandatory.
This role has a clear growth path to SDR Manager with ownership of the organisation's outbound automation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Apollo.io setup end-to-end: sequences, workflows, delays, sending schedules, mailbox integration, domain warm-up, and CRM sync.
- Build segmented prospect lists using persona filters, technographics, intent data, and enrichment tools.
- Leverage additional automation platforms such as Reply.io, Clay, or similar tools to scale outreach and enrichment workflows.
- Execute personalised, multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, calls, and LinkedIn.
- Manage all follow-ups & nurture paths to maximise conversion.
- Track and optimise key campaign metrics: open rates, CTR, replies, positive responses, meetings booked, and bounce rates.
- Maintain strong data hygiene and ensure accurate CRM/Apollo records at all times.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing to refine ICP, messaging frameworks, and target lists.
- Provide regular, data-driven reports on outreach performance and pipeline contribution.

Required Skills
- 45 years in Business Development, Lead Generation, SDR, or similar B2B roles.
- Strong, practical command of Apollo.io (sequences, workflows, enrichment, reporting).
- Experience using Reply.io, Clay, or similar outbound automation and enrichment platforms.
- Excellent spoken & written English (non-negotiable).
- Hands-on experience with cold outbound, personalization, deliverability management, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple outbound streams.
Good to Have
- Multi-channel outbound experience (Email + Calls + LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with CRMs: HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Understanding of ICP refinement, intent data, and sales funnels.
- Experience with omnichannel automation tools and data orchestration workflows.
