Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Lead Generation Executive. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through thorough market research and outreach efforts. This includes building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients, creating meaningful relationships, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth. Daily responsibilities involve developing strategies to identify prospects, gathering their contact information, and initiating communication to convert them into qualified leads.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads.
  • Strong Market Research skills to identify potential opportunities and insights.
  • Effective Communication skills to engage with prospective clients and articulate value propositions.
  • Basic understanding of Sales strategies and processes to support conversion efforts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Work experience in recruitment/staffing or related industries is an advantage.
