Position Overview
We are expanding our
US Voice Process operations and are looking for
Lead Generation Executives for
bulk hiring. This role involves outbound calling to US-based prospects for lead generation with
no hard selling involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects
- Generate qualified leads as per campaign criteria
- Maintain accurate CRM and call records
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
- Follow calling scripts and quality guidelines
Candidate Profile
- International BPO / US Voice experience preferred
- Freshers with excellent English communication can apply
- Strong spoken English and confident phone presence
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Target-driven and disciplined
