Job Overview

We are urgently hiring Outbound Medical Lead Generation Executives to handle outbound calls for U.S.-based healthcare campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, confidence in handling international customers, and the ability to generate qualified leads consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to U.S.-based customers for medical lead generation campaigns

Clearly explain healthcare-related services and offerings

Generate and qualify potential leads as per client requirements

Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records in the system

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Ensure compliance with company and campaign guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above

Minimum 6 months of experience in international inbound/outbound sales preferred

Freshers with fluent English communication skills may apply

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable working in night shifts

Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset

Shift Details

Fixed Night Shift: 8:00 PM 5:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)
