We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive with 13 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha, along with hands-on experience in cold calling and prospect outreach. The role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business leads for IT services and solutions.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other lead-generation tools to find and qualify prospects.
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and interactions.
Conduct market research to identify new target segments and industries.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support outbound campaigns.
Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to maintain engagement.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:13 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in an IT company.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and related prospecting tools.
Excellent communication skills, especially in cold calling and client outreach.
Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, and B2B sales processes.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve target numbers.
Strong analytical and research skills.
