The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, prospect qualification, outreach, and nurturing potential clients for IT services. The role requires strong communication skills, a technology-aware mindset, and the ability to pitch software services effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online platforms, cold calling, and market research.
Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline by targeting decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Founders, Product Managers, etc.).
Research potential clients and understand their technology needs in mobile apps, web apps, AI/ML, blockchain, and custom software.
Client Engagement & ConversionConduct introductory calls, explain service offerings, and qualify leads based on requirements.
Schedule demos, technical discussions, and meetings with the business development or technical teams.
Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and capability decks.
Sales Coordination & ReportingWork closely with the sales, presales, and delivery teams to support end-to-end sales cycles.
Maintain CRM entries, track lead progress, prepare sales reports, and follow up consistently.
Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, conversions, and revenue contribution.
Market IntelligenceStay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and market demands.
Suggest improvements to sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience13 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development in the IT services industry.
Experience selling mobile application development, web development, AI/ML, blockchain, or related IT solutions is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of IT services, SDLC, and basic technical concepts.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Ability to engage with international clients (US/Europe/Middle East).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.
