This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive, based in the Pune Division. The role involves identifying and generating new leads through market research and customer engagement. The professional will nurture relationships with potential clients, communicate effectively to understand their needs, and collaborate with the sales team to drive successful conversions. The Lead Generation Executive will also monitor market trends to identify opportunities that align with the company's goals.

• Proficient in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new leads through lead generation strategies.
• Strong Market Research skills to identify trends and potential target audiences.
• Excellent Communication skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and building strong relationships.
• Basic knowledge of Sales processes and techniques to support revenue growth.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work effectively in a dynamic on-site environment.
• Prior experience in education consultancy, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
