We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support and execute demand generation programs that drive real pipeline results.
- Execute outbound prospecting over phone
- Support and run demand generation campaigns focused on:
- MQL generation
- SQL generation
- White paper/content syndication campaigns
- Qualify prospects based on ICP fit, intent, pain points, and buying readiness
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach
- Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline outcomes in CRM
- Maintain clean records and clear notes on lead status, objections, and next steps
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation, or demand generation roles
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and the difference between MQLs, SQLs, and content-driven lead campaigns
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Experience in B2B marketing, lead gen, content syndication, or campaign operations
- Familiarity with white paper campaigns and top-of-funnel lead generation programs
- Exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar tools
- Experience working with US, UK, or global B2B markets
