We Are Hiring: Lead Generation / Business Development Associate
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Lead Generation / Inside Sales
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to support our sales team by driving top-of-the-funnel activities and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute high-volume outbound calling to engage prospective clients
• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
• Maintain and update lead data within CRM systems with accuracy and consistency
• Understand client requirements and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team
• Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture prospects and advance them through the sales funnel
• Monitor and report daily performance metrics including calls, leads generated, and meetings scheduled
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to handle cold calls and manage objections effectively
• Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
