Job Overview

We are looking for a B2 / C1 level German-speaking, dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales

Associate / Assistant Manager to lead targeted sales efforts towards European hospitals,

nursing homes, and recruitment agencies. This role requires a proactive professional with

experience in international sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to craft

tailored value propositions for healthcare enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach:

Identify, approach, and engage with hospitals, recruitment agencies, and nursing homes across

Europe through targeted campaigns, ensuring alignment with their needs.

2. Tailored Campaigns:

Create and execute personalized email and phone campaigns, highlighting BorderPlus's unique

offerings such as the finishing school and AI services.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including recruitment heads, HR

managers, and hospital administrators, establishing trust and credibility.

4. Solution Selling:

Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, positioning BorderPlus's

offerings as solutions to address their staffing challenges and improve outcomes.

5. Market Research & Insights:

Conduct research to understand the European healthcare and recruitment landscape,

identifying trends and opportunities to enhance outreach efforts.

6. Tech-Driven Engagement:

Leverage CRM systems, AI tools, and data-driven insights to optimize lead management,

outreach strategies, and sales performance.

7. Reporting & Analytics:

Track and report sales metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve

engagement with European clients.

Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: B2 / C1 level; fluent German verbal and written communication

skills to engage effectively with international clients.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account

management, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals in Germany.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare recruitment or staffing markets is an

advantage.

  • Lead Generation Skills: Experience in running targeted drip campaigns and proficiency

in cold calling.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools for optimizing outreach and lead

tracking.

  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet

targets.
