Job Title:US Calling Executive / Customer Support Executive
Location: Thane (Waghale Estate – Co-working Space)
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US Calling Executive to handle outbound/inbound calls for our international clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in US-based processes and be comfortable working in night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and/or inbound calls with US-based clients/customers
- Maintain clear and professional communication
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Mandatory: Prior experience in US calling / international process
- Location Requirement: Candidate must be a resident of Thane or nearby areas
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in US shifts (night shift)
Compensation:
- Salary up to ₹50,000 per month (Maximum ₹6 LPA)

- Work from office (Co-working space) in Waghale Estate, Thane
