- 5+ years of relevant experience in POS hardware, AIDC solutions, or Retail Software ISVs.
- Strong track record in B2B sales with focus on large enterprise customers in Retail & QSR segment.
- Excellent relationship management skills with strong connects in the retail ecosystem.
- Proven ability to handle key accounts and drive long-term engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
