Key Account Manager (KAM) Early-Stage Start-Up

We are looking for a high-impact Key Account Manager (KAM) to own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers and play a critical role in scaling our recurring revenue.

As one of the commercial team members, you will have direct influence on revenue growth, customer experience, and operational excellence. You won't just manage accounts, you will build long-term partnerships and help shape how we serve our customers as we grow.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) across a defined portfolio of key accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial and operational topics related to our IT services
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Manage and coordinate requests related to pricing, orders, deliveries, billing, collections, and service inquiries
  • Resolve commercial and supply chain challenges by working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and logistics teams
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by understanding customer needs and positioning the right solutions
  • Present and demonstrate the Ooodles platform in a clear, value-driven way
  • Use data and performance insights to improve account health, retention, and revenue growth
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, or similar commercial roles
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a leading tech company (e.g., Amazon) or IT services provider
  • Solid understanding of IT hardware products (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.)
  • Strong commercial acumen with an operational mindset
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills; comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving environment

Experience and Skills
  • +4 years of experience in account management of IT devices and/or IT services for B2B clients, probably at an established e-Commerce player, with a stellar track record in key account revenue growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and sales abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Data analysis of accounts and revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, independent worker.
  • A down-to-earth, good-humoured, kind person, like everyone else at Ooodles.
  • Fluent in English (TOEFL level C2).
