This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Junior Marketing Manager. We're looking for a sharp, curious, and communication-driven Marketing Manager to join the team at POSIMYTH Innovations. This is a generalist marketing role designed for someone who thinks clearly, communicates brilliantly, and knows how to break big ideas into small, executable actions.

Responsibility

▸Plan and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end

▸ Create content for social media, email, and other channels

▸ Break down marketing strategies into clear, actionable tasks

▸ Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals

▸ Track campaign performance and report insights

▸ Research market trends and audience behaviour

▸ Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table — consistently
