Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Influencer Marketing Executive 1+ year of experience. The day-to-day tasks of the role involve managing influencer marketing campaigns, developing and maintaining relationships with influencers, executing social media marketing strategies, and coordinating public relations efforts. The role will also involve working closely with the sales team to align influencer activities with sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Strategy & Management:
● Identification & Vetting: Research, identify, and vet suitable micro and macro-influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) whose audience aligns with brand goals.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with influencers and their agents/managers.
● Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of content that meets all brand guidelines and objectives.
2. Negotiation & Campaign Tracking:
● High-Level Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms (rate, deliverables, rights) for both paid and barter collaborations, adhering strictly to budget.
● Tracking & Reporting: Maintain detailed tracking sheets for all campaign elements, including contracts, payment status, content live dates, and performance metrics.
● Content Approval: Manage the content approval process, providing constructive feedback to ensure compliance and quality before publication.
3. Market Knowledge & Trend Analysis:
● Social Media Fluency: Possess a working knowledge of major social media platforms, their content formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Stories), and best practices.
● Trend Spotting: Proactively track and report on the latest social media trends, viral content, and algorithm updates to keep our brand strategy fresh and effective.
● Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor influencer activity and recommend strategies to gain an edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing role.
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
● Organization: Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
● Basic Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, Views, CPM).
