Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategy-driven Social Media Executive who can manage and grow our clients digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both strategy and execution, including designing creatives, planning content, and managing posting schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google My Business
- Create visually appealing graphic creatives for social media posts
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
- Schedule and publish posts using tools or native platforms
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy aligned with brand voice
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements in strategy
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates
- Coordinate with Clients when require
Required Skills
Design Skills:
- Proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator/CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Canva
Digital & Strategy Skills:
- Understanding of social media algorithms & trends
- Basic knowledge of branding & content strategy
- Ability to plan campaigns and engagement strategies
AI & Tools Knowledge:
- Familiarity with: ChatGPT, Claude Sora (or similar AI tools)
- Ability to use AI for content ideation & productivity
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media handling
- Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will not be considered (role is for an intermediate level)
