Jr. Tech Support Executive ( Electrical background)

Location: Bodakdev,Ahmedabad, Work from Office

Salary: 3 - 3.6 LPA

9:30AM-6:30PM

Key Responsibilities

● Commitment, focus, and follow-through to see problems through to resolution.

● Willingness to comply with standard procedures for proper handoff of unresolvable issues to the appropriate internal teams, in order to maximize client satisfaction.

● Excellent communication skills to provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients & Project team both oral and in writing.

● Commitment to documenting knowledge in the form of technical notes and articles.

● To ensure proper recording of all client interactions and closure of all presented issue logs.

Troubleshooting Hardware with clients over video calls, email, and messaging platforms.

● Onboarding Clients for Product setup and demonstration.

● Availability to work on flexible working hours once/twice a month.

Eligibility:

● BE / B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical)

● Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

● Ability to work hands-on and multi-task in an energetic environment

● Motivated, self-starter and is comfortable working and learning independently
