Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include engaging with clients, promoting Symbiotic Ventures premium beauty and lifestyle products, identifying customer needs, and closing sales. The role will also involve building strong customer relationships, providing top-notch customer service, and troubleshooting client concerns. The Field Sales Representative may be tasked with offering product training to clients and representing the company at events and meetings.

• Analytical Skills for identifying customer requirements and creating tailored solutions
• Problem-solving and Troubleshooting abilities to resolve customer concerns promptly
• Proven experience in delivering training sessions and educating clients on products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in luxury or consumer goods, is a plus
• Proficiency in both English and local languages, with knowledge of the beauty/fashion industry preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as required
