Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment process for IT positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
• Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to management

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media and online recruitment tools
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
