We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with strong experience in hiring for niche technology skill sets including Embedded Systems, VLSI, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and other specialized IT domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement capabilities with the ability to close critical technology positions within defined timelines.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for niche and critical IT requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technologies such as:
- Embedded Systems
- VLSI Design & Verification
- AI / ML
- Data Science
- Semiconductor Domain
- FPGA / ASIC
- AUTOSAR
- IoT
- Cloud & DevOps
- Cybersecurity
- Other emerging technology skill sets
- Understand technical job requirements and map suitable candidates accordingly.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including:
- Job portals
- LinkedIn
- X-ray search
- Social media platforms
- Employee references
- Networking
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding and feedback management.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline/database of niche technology candidates.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and MIS updates.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in IT recruitment for niche technologies.
- Good understanding of Embedded, VLSI, AI/ML, Semiconductor, and emerging technology domains.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience working with product-based companies, semiconductor companies, or technology consulting firms will be preferred.
- Experience in contract, permanent, and leadership hiring is an added advantage.
