Job Description
We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Technical Recruiter to join our onsite recruiting team in Wilson Garden, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for the Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, and Military sectors across the United States.
The recruiter must be skilled in full-cycle recruitment, Boolean search creation, candidate sourcing, and working with multiple recruiting platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and JobDiva.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US recruitment for Non-IT technical and engineering positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, and Military-related roles.
- Create advanced Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates through various job boards and databases.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobDiva, and other sourcing platforms to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Review resumes and match candidates based on technical skills, experience, certifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within ATS systems.
- Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure timely submissions and maintain recruitment metrics in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in US Non-IT Technical Recruitment.
- Strong recruiting experience within Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, or Military industries.
- Hands-on experience creating and using Boolean search strings for candidate sourcing.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobDiva, and other ATS/job boards.
- Strong understanding of technical and engineering job roles within manufacturing and defense-related industries.
- Excellent communication, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Wilson Garden, Bangalore during US business hours.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US staffing agencies or direct clients.
- Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, production, and skilled trade roles.
- Experience with high-volume technical recruiting environments.
