We are seeking an experienced EU/Europe IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for IT positions, particularly in the European market. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and a deep understanding of the technical skills required for various IT roles.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for IT positions across Europe.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for various IT roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events to attract candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and improve processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably for European markets.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and channels to attract top talent.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
