Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Domestic Staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent across various technologies while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Contractual / Permanent staffing).
- Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and trackers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs and timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment/staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market trends.
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in contract staffing.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
