We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring IT professionals, with the ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruitment process..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and networking strategies.
